Byte Construct were engaged to carry out the fit-out of this heritage listed building, also known as the Royal Insurance Building, to be redeveloped into The Heritage Brasserie, Bar and Boardroom.
The works included the installation of the Boardroom, kitchen, twin dumb waiters, Bar and Brasserie, bathroom amenities and the Bobeche bar located in the basement. These were all constructed within the strict requirements of working within a heritage listed building.
The zinc bar was handcrafted in France. The delivery and coordination of this piece was managed by Byte Construct and the bespoke bar joinery was designed and installed to suit following the arrival of the bar. The joinery throughout the project has been crafted to compliment the existing heritage features and the captivating paintwork adds a certain, “je ne sais quoi” to this elegant venue.
