This project included major alterations to the Bentley Tavern, which continued trading during construction. The 1280 square metre extension consists of the 1st Choice Superstore bottleshop, manager’s office, stock area, coolrooms and amenities. Externally, the carpark areas were modified to suit the new extension.
Construction works undertaken included concrete slab on ground, tilt panel walls supported by a structural steel roof structure and clad in metal roof sheeting. The main roof plant room is acoustically and visually protected with a wall louvre system.
